    You Imagine, We Create

    3D print has no limits!

Have you already created something with the traditional subtractive manufacturing technique?

Increase the value of your products with our superficial characterizations.

Why choose additive print manufacturing?

We give the opportunity to realize everyone’s great ideas using the possibilities provided by additive manufacturing. With the largest 3D printer in the world, creativity and imagination have no limits, both in form and size.

Any shape and geometry

With 3D print, building complex shapes becomes simple. Empty areas, undercuts, curves, corners and cantilevered items; it is even possible to develop parts inside the object. No more difficulties in the process.

Up to 4 times faster

3D print combines smartness and flexibility: it is possible to produce several large objects simultaneously and quickly (10 cm per hour). Every part can be finished after 8 to 10 hours the printing process.

No waste means reduced costs

Additive manufacturing does not produce production waste: it allows to re-use the waste from previous manufacturing processes. Quality materials that are considered quarry waste turn into granular raw material for our production thus achieving economic savings and environmental benefits.

What we offer

We offer you the possibility to go beyond the current limits.
Complex forms, production costs, speed of execution, the pieces are no longer a problem for your creativity.

Innovative materials

Innovation is not only the use of granulated rock as primary material, locally available, for the printer but as well the use of non-polluting natural binders.

Rapid prototyping

Switching from a digital model to a real prototype is extremely simple, fast and affordable. This is one of the great advantages of additive manufacturing: it allows the production of objects in any size: from small to original size.

Limited production series

There is no need of mass production to achieve economies of scale or to lock-up working capital. With our 3D printing technology you can create single objects, small or large production series and, if required, differentiate the details of individual products at no extra cost.

Reverse engineering

We offer a highly professional 3D digital scanning service of small and big objects: art, cultural heritage, archaeological sites, etc. The final product turns out to be an indistinguishable reproduction from the original.

Are you a designer or an artist?

Now we can apply industrial technology in the production of customized products, now craftsmanship and mass production have the same costs. Thanks to our technology you can touch, test and verify the product quickly.

Give shape to your ideas

Are you an architect?

When you conceive new projects, free your imagination from production constraints. Tests your ideas with a low cost prototype and develop innovative products for interior and exterior architecture.

Create objects in any scale

We can print anything

Even if you are not a designer or an architect, our technology has been implemented in many sectors
...and are steadily increasing!

3D printing of coral reefs

Coral reefs and banks

Reconstructing reefs and local environments for fauna using environmental marine data and specific hydrodynamic processes of the place to be protected. The natural materials used and the 3D printing process are highly suitable to shape appropriate forms for fish restocking.

3D printing of a house

The first 3D printed house

The construction of a house of 2.4x4x3.5 meters using the D-Shape Technology, that has revolutionized the gap between design and buildings construction. This project, designed by architect Marco Ferreri, was exposed at the Milan Triennale. The “CasaTuttaDunPezzo” is the first house 3D printed in the world.

Landscape House

Landscape house

It is a project of the architect Janjaap Ruijssenaars (in collaboration with the mathematician and artist Rinus Roelofs), founder of the Dutch atelier Universe Architecture. The building, a construction of about a thousand square meters, will have the form of a Möbius strip. Its construction foresees the use of 6x9 meters pieces manufactured with the D-Shape 3D Printer technology.

Frequently asked questions

Did we arouse your curiosity?
Please, read the answers to frequently asked questions about 3D stone printing.

We do not carve the rock but we create a shape with a process called additive manufacturing, commonly known as 3D printing. This new production technology creates objects by shaping and adding material layer by layer; it differs from "traditional" production technologies in which the process starts by subtracting from the solid.
In the artistic sector our technology provides a valid alternative to the classic production of statues. Semi-finished products can be generated in a short time and at low cost; this allows the artist to deal exclusively with the finishes, eventually using any of our other products such as MarmoLiquido™. Here it is! A marble statue with anti-mould properties and easy to transport.
Our scientific partners with which we collaborate have certified the performances of our printed material as an excellent concrete with superior features than most commonly used concrete in the market.

Our technology has been conceived and implemented to produce large objects. In fact, we use the largest 3D printer in the world (6 meters x 6 meters x 6 meters), engineered by Ingg. Enrico and Riccardo Dini. The materials used for the production, minerals in different particle sizes, are exclusively natural.
Our printing process does not use glue or artificial resin. The binder is composed of natural elements which through a chemical/physical reaction bind the grains of stone. These materials cause no pollution, they are eco-friendly and if disposed, they are not classified as special waste.
